St Sulpice, history & sites of interest

Service Description

Discover the organization of the 13th-century bastide, the architecture of the medieval houses, the monumental bell tower-wall begun under Gaston Phoebus and the ruins of the Castela, beneath which Jeanne de Boulogne, known as "La Faussaire", is said to have minted her own money. Please, note that the ruins are not accessible to wheelchairs (steep hill).
