Description du service
We will retrace the history of Albi's urban development from the 11th to the 16th century. Starting at Saint Salvi, you will explore the historic districts of Castelviel and Castelnau, looking at the way buildings were constructed in the Middle Ages and the influence of Sainte Cécile on street development. Then we will talk about the importance of the pastel industry, which enabled the town to build some magnificent town houses.
